With members representing a broad range of perspectives and experiences within Bridge, our Committee stands as a dedicated advocate for an environment of belonging. They work diligently to ensure that each employee can apply their unique talents in alignment with our firm's mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

BLACK INCLUSION GROUP

Launched in 2021, our mission is to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work culture for Black employees at the firm and provide a platform for Black employees to bring awareness to their focused initiatives. Initiatives of the Black Inclusion Group include career development through mentorship and leadership programming, the creation of a POC Internship Pipeline program, and the development of community events and community partnerships.
