Our active BRIDGE Committee provides strategic oversight and guidance for our initiatives. Meeting regularly, the committee ensures our practices remain effective and aligned with our values.
BRIDGE Resource Groups serve as hubs for all employees to connect, share insights, and pursue professional development. These groups foster a sense of community and belonging, supporting both personal growth and enhanced collaboration across the organization.

The purpose of the B.R.I.D.G.E. Committee is to create a workplace where every individual feels welcome, supported, and valued, ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to thrive and feel empowered in their roles. With members representing a broad range of perspectives and experiences within Bridge, our Committee stands as a dedicated advocate for an environment of belonging. They work diligently to ensure that each employee can apply their unique talents in alignment with our firm's mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

BLACK INCLUSION GROUP
Launched in 2021, our mission is to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work culture for Black employees at the firm and provide a platform for Black employees to bring awareness to their focused initiatives. Initiatives of the Black Inclusion Group include career development through mentorship and leadership programming, the creation of a POC Internship Pipeline program, and the development of community events and community partnerships.
