Karen Balentine

Karen oversees operations for Bridge Homes, the operating arm of Bridge Single Family Rental. She joined Gorelick Brothers, the predecessor to Bridge Single Family Rental, in 2012 with responsibility for accounting, financial reporting and planning, and compliance support, becoming the senior operating executive of Goal Property Services in 2019. From 2007 to 2012, Karen served as Chief Operating Officer at Concerto Asset Management. She spent the prior 17 years in various roles at Wachovia Bank and First Union Corporation, including Credit Products Group Business Manager and Operations Manager in the Fixed Income Products Division.

Karen graduated from North Carolina State University and is a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina.
