Mike Sodo
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BRIDGE NET LEASE
Mike Sodo serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge’s Net Lease strategy and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate, finance and accounting industries. As CEO, Mike oversees the strategy’s business activities including real estate investment decisions, banking relationships, capital origination, formation, investor relations, and executive oversight of the strategy. His experience spans both public and private real estate platforms ranging in AUM from $1.5B to $18B with extensive real estate and investment committee experience, equity capital markets experience, corporate and asset level loan origination, deployment and oversight, inclusive of various credit facilities ranging in size from $100MM to in excess of $5B.
Prior to his current position, Mike was most recently the CFO of Gladstone Commercial (NASDAQ: GOOD) and previously served as the EVP, CFO and Treasurer of VEREIT (NYSE: VER). Mike entered the real estate sector in 2003 and spent over 10 years at Capital Automotive REIT (former NASDAQ: CARS) ultimately serving as SVP, Treasurer and Director of Financial Reporting. Mike earned a BBA from the College of William & Mary.
